Having spent the majority of his professional career in the construction services industry – most notably as the Vice President for a large, nation-wide integrated construction services company – Wally Knipp founded National BTR Solutions in 2023 to meet the demands of both commercial and residential growth in the public and private sectors.
Jason Jarvis has 25 years of experience in the construction industry, working with National Home Builders like Taylor Morrison, Meritage, and KB Home, and most recently as National VP of Construction Services for BB Living, a Luxury BTR owner/operator. He specializes in planning large master-planned communities, managing entitlements, and overseeing horizontal and vertical buyouts. With experience in AZ, TX, CO, ID, and FL, Jason ensures projects start on time, stay on track, and are built to the highest quality standards. His leadership and insight, gained from constructing over 5,000 Build to Rent units nationwide, help reduce project challenges while delivering on budget and schedule.
Bill Washburn, with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, is one of the leaders on the National BTR Solutions team. His extensive background includes serving as a superintendent at Pulte Homes, a new project manager at Engle Homes, and as the VP of Operations at BMC/Select Build, to name just a few. Coupled with his passion for sustainable building and visionary leadership, Bill’s broad expertise in residential, commercial, and development projects makes him the perfect person to manage all predevelopment activities.
A highly experienced member of National BTR Solutions management team, John has spent 45 years in the construction industry in home building management, land acquisition, land planning and entitlement, land development, and private funding. John is responsible for the Contract Management & Risk Management.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Rosa leads National BTR Solutions’ vertical purchasing efforts. She brings an impressive background in Build-to-Rent (BTR), residential, and commercial projects, among other disciplines. Her previous role as Regional Operations Manager at Lennar Homes has further enriched her expertise. Her origins as an estimator enable the team to understand projects on a deeper level and identify the best prices and value engineering options for our customers.
Madison Eismann is a Business Development professional focused on the Build-to-Rent sector at National BTR Solutions, a division of Knipp Enterprises. With a Master of Science in Psychology and three years on the Knipp team, she brings a people-first approach to every relationship, helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. Madison is passionate about building genuine connections, understanding project goals, and creating opportunities that lead to successful partnerships and long-term growth.
